INFORMATION FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
We welcome your participation in this event. Please pre-register to accompany your child. A parent/guardian release form will be included with your email confirmation. This must be completed and signed by parent/guardian and hand carried to conference. Upon arrival, release forms will be collected and conference identification badges will be issued. There will be no admittance without your signed and completed release form, including parent’s or guardian’s cell number.
Parent or guardian will be responsible for young woman’s transportation to and from the conference.
Cancellations
Attendee registrations are non-refundable but are transferable.
